Já são conhecidos os nomeados dos MTV EMAs 2019

Com a 26ª edição dos prémios da MTV marcada para 3 de novembro em Sevilha, foram esta semana anunciados os nomeados. Com categorias regionais por cada país onde existe transmissão do canal, para o prémio Melhor Artista Português estão indicados cinco músicos:  Tay (cantor sem qualquer álbum editado que soma milhões de visualizações com os temas "Não preciso" e "Pensa bem"), Profjam, Plutónio, Fernando Daniel e David Carreira, tendo este último já vencido por duas este prémio.

Nas restantes categorias dos prémios EMA da MTV, o destaque vai para a cantora norte-americana Ariana Grande, que lidera com sete nomeações, entre as quais as de Melhor Artista e Melhor Canção, com "Thank you, next". Com seis nomeações cada surgem Shawn Mendes, Lil Nas X e Billie Eilish.
